Christine Hammerquist is the President and CEO of Insurance Administrator of America (IAA). Christine's insurance career began in 1990 at Travelers Insurance where she started in Worker's Compensation claims processing and moved on to Medical claim review and processing. In 1994, Christine moved on to CBA as a medical claims processor, and a System Specialist. This is where Christine developed a strong understanding of self-insurance. In 1997, Christine brought her knowledge and passion for self-insurance to IAA. Christine has worn many hats over the years which gives her a true understanding of the industry, regulations, systems, and processes needed to be successful. Christine now is in the position to lead and manage the best of the best – staff that brings knowledge, expertise, accountably, and ownership to their job functions. Gaining experience through hands-on interaction with the staff and the work they perform is the key to her success.

Linda Maxwell is the Director of Broker / Client Services for Insurance Administrator of America (IAA). Linda's career and passion for self-insurance started with Prudential Healthcare National Accounts in 1994 where she was responsible for auditing, quality review, and data reporting. In 2000, Linda moved into an Account Management Position with AtlantiCare Administrators Inc. /Horizon BCBS NJ where her focus was on Stop Loss analysis and Plan Management. Linda joined IAA in 2011 where her responsibilities include new sales as well as service for current clients. Linda enjoys helping employers achieve savings with unique healthcare solutions, customized plan designs and employee education, all of which allow employers to meet contractual obligations while saving money.
